Sirach 21:19

Doctrine unto fools is as fetters on the feet, and like manacles on the right hand.

Doctrine to fools is as fetters on the feet, and like manacles on the right hand.

Instruction is as fetters on the feet of an unwise man, and as manacles on the right hand.
