Wisdom of Solomon 1:7

For the Spirit of the Lord filleth the world: and that which containeth all things hath knowledge of the voice.

For the Spirit of the Lord fills the world: and that which contains all things has knowledge of the voice.

Because the spirit of the Lord has filled the world, and that which holds all things together knows what is said.
