Leviticus 23:21

And you⌃ shall call this day a convocation: it shall be holy to you; you⌃ shall do no servile work on it: it is a perpetual ordinance throughout your generations in all your habitations.

And ye shall proclaim on the selfsame day, that it may be an holy convocation unto you: ye shall do no servile work therein: it shall be a statute for ever in all your dwellings throughout your generations.

You shall make proclamation on the same day that there shall be a holy convocation to you. You shall do no regular work. This is a statute forever in all your dwellings throughout your generations.
